From the Basement
to The Boot
Fête Brewing Company is a locally owned and operated microbrewery in Youngsville, Louisiana, creating and serving quality craft beers. The genesis of the brewery was inspired by the flavors and ambiance of microbreweries in Colorado, nestled in the unique and festive culture of South Louisiana.
The magic began in our basement in Colorado with a 10-gallon system and some adventurous neighbors willing to “guinea pig” my first stab at an IPA. They came back for more.
We explored roasted malts, rye, oatmeal, and then a homemade chiller for a lager. Over a few years, we conquered an area of the kids’ play space and added a bar with three beers on tap… Just in time for the Tigers’ win over Clemson. It was all too much fun to contain. Then the world got weird. We escaped lockdown to visit family between East Texas and New Orleans. Within a year, we had packed up and moved to Lafayette with the dream of opening our little brewery in the happiest place on Earth. Here we are, and we’ve never looked back.
It is our pleasure to source the finest ingredients, prepare them in state-of-the-art equipment, and serve you a liquid smile with one of our own to boot… and only in The Boot.
